Refund Policy

General Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds, except under the following circumstances:
- If an event is canceled with no rescheduled date.
- If an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
Non-Refundable Items
- Service fees, transaction fees, and processing charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for guest no-shows or late arrivals.
